Scenery
Sunset bring out the colors, Landscape in the Badlands located in South Dakota is the place you want to be. Also the Moon is rising, just a small white dot in this picture, but the Moon was not my focal point.
Sometimes the pictures is not just the scenery.
It is about what it took to get there! This is a picture of the Suspension Bridge on the Hellroaring Creek trail in Yellowstone N.P., it takes a trail of switchbacks and bear country to get to it. This pictures is more of the accomplishment, than anything else.
It may not look like much, however this picture took us from starting a hike at 8900 feet above sea level. This shot of the Yellowstone Canyon at 10,000 feet above sea level.
This view of the Yellowstone Canyon involves the combination of three pictures stitch into one wide angle view.  This pictures was taken in April.

Sometimes it is about being in the right place at the right time! We stopped for reflections pictures, and the side of the mountain gave way!

A  quick storm came by, sun pop out and I was able to stand on a bench to take this pictures.
We never take a road trip without our cameras. we find a gravel road we have not been on and we never know what we might see!  We found this old one room shoolhouse on such a adventure..
On a visit to Colorado Springs, we stopped to take this wide angle view of Pike's Peak. Looks a little windy up there!
